It's alright. You pay $90 to get a fancy title and the opportunity at more scholarships. However this is not a pay to win kind of system, You still have to put the work in to find scholarships and apply for them. In addition I personally haven't seen very many scholarships that are widely accessible by everyone.
I'm not saying to not join, but before you do you should definitely take a look at what NSCS REALLY has to offer you. Go look at their scholarship page and see if you would actually benefit from those opportunities or not.
