Amazon Conservation Association has a top rating from both Guidestar and Charity Navigator. I donate to them because they keep their overhead low and their impact high. I've sent emails into their info@amazonconservation.org account asking how my contributions were being used and I always get quick and informative answers. They are staffed by good people and they do good work.
