Strength for Life's Empowerment Group and Write to Heal Group have had a tremendous impact on my overall well being.
They provide me with an atmosphere of safety and respect.
Listening to others share their feelings and/or writings openly has helped me to be more confident about expressing my own emotions. The groups offer hope, inspiration, encouragement and have made it easy for me to share my "voice"-something which I have always had difficulty doing.
It is comforting to know that I am not alone in this struggle.
