American Bird Conservancy's work to understand and remedy the design features that lead birds to collide with buildings is more than enough to qualify the organization as a five-star nonprofit, but ABC's work embraces much more than that, reaching from the preservation of the habitat in Central and South America used by Neotropical migrants to providing much-needed leadership on keeping cats indoors. The hemisphere's birds are healthier and safer because of ABC.
