As a music educator, I am keenly aware of the need for mindfulness and focus in working with students. I have seen aspects of Kelly’s innovative mindfulness program in the combined yoga/music workshops that she conducted with me. And I have personally experienced the benefits of her mindfulness and focus approach through private yoga training over the past 12 years. The SCHOOLS Kids Yoga and Mindfulness program provides schools with an essential tool in today’s world; a tool to enhance the school environment with better focus, less stress, better social interaction and greater empathy.
