When I entered a stop that I had for a while I discovered my elderly client on the floor. She could talk and appeared to be ok. I called 911 then called MOW and tried to contact my client’s Neighbor, which she asked me to do. The EMS came right away and surveyed the house and checked the refrigerator to ensure she was not being abused.
The EMS got her seated but she refused to go to the hospital.

If it had not been for MOW , who knows how long my client would’ve been on the floor.

I have also reported clients who appear to need more assistance.
