The Commonweal chooses intelligent and relevant theater and then does consistently excellent performances. I travel from La Crosse, WI knowing that solid theater awaits and is well worth the drive. It helps that Lanesboro MN has nice restaurants and lodging as well as great bicycle trails, a very nice art gallery, and the Root River flowing through.
