Atlas Corps has a great model of citizen-based diplomacy and capacity building for both the host organizations and its Fellows. What the host organizations gain from the experience their international Fellows bring is unique and hard to replicate. And the professional experience gained by those Fellows are brought back to their home countries helps positively shape their future.
