My favorite thing about Rainbow Network is that they believe in giving and hand up and not a hand out! Even when you go visit a community in Nicaragua, you don’t work on a project for them, you visit the people and build relationships! You see where your donations are going. If you can’t visit the communities, you receive newsletters with stories and pictures about the people. Recently we’ve been able to FaceTime with our sponsored students helping to build those relationships. I never wonder or worry about where my money goes and I can’t say that about other donations that I’ve made over the years. I highly recommend this organization!!!

My husband and I have been on several trips to Nicaragua with Rainbow Network. They are life changing events! The families supported by RN all receive a hand up not a hand out. The families work within their own villages to help each other thru Rainbow. Our church supports a village. Jim and I support 5 scholarship students. We gave each of our three children a student to write to last year for Christmas. When you know that your money is going to a great cause, you never mind writing that check. Get involved, you won’t ever regret it and you will be changing lives every day!!!
