I've seen the work of Little Wanderers first-hand. It is humbling. They go where many others will not to help animals in need, from drug-infested parks to a abandoned lots, buildings, garbage piles, busy streets ... truly anywhere. And in all kinds of weather and circumstances. They put a solid plan together and make things happen to the benefit of sentient beings. If an animal is too sick or injured to be saved, they don't let it die alone. They show it love and dignity. They have proven time and again that they are dedicated and reliable. The example and bar they have set as to how a society should deal with the animal overpopulation problem is the highest. The are out in the field all the time... getting out there to rescue, trap-neuter-return or to investigate before an animal finds itself in an at-risk situation in a public shelter. They are not a band-aid, they are the solution, and merit the very strongest level of support.
