My Mom has resided in Lutheran Home-Hickory for over four years. The staff are exceptional, friendly and genuinely caring from the administrators to housekeeping. Both positive and negative feedback are welcomed with proactive solutions acted upon in a timely manner. The commitment to the maintenance and ongoing renovation of the physical structure is admirable. Overall, to say that Lutheran Home-Hickory is a BLESSING to our family is an understatement , as we have found a place to care for Mom, which we were no longer able to do, with our family and support of in home professional care. We are so GRATEFUL!
