My business received a successful referral from someone recently. When I asked her which of our referral gift cards (gas, movie or dining) she would like, she declined and told me to just take good care of her client. Well, that's something my office team and I do already on a daily basis, but I still had the dilemma of making sure that I treat all my referees the same. So, what do you give someone who seems to have everything? My solution was to give her gift cards from Charity On Top. It was unique, never before seen or heard by her and most importantly accepted by her because she saw it as a way that she could help a non-profit of her choice, benefit from the gift, rather than herself.
