I started off only knowing about Woodlands Wildlife Refuge as someone who brought injured and orphaned wildlife to them to care for. Seeing how much they care for the animals, I decided to see what they were all about first hand. Now, as a volunteer at Woodlands Wildlife Refuge, I can say what a great group of staff and volunteers working together as a team, putting the animals needs first and foremost, even above their own most times. This organization has personally taught me so much and I am so grateful to them for what they do. It’s hard work sometimes but to see these animals sent back into thier worlds, healed and healthy, is worth every minute I spend there.
