Sometimes it feels isolating to be working in urban youth ministry but UYWI has connected me with both people and resources that make me feel like my approach to working with youth is not "crazy". They have shown me that there are many others out there who not only get it, but are making tools and resources available to effectively do my job and come alongside urban youth in a relevant way.
