The San Diego Brain Injury Foundation is always ready to support anyone affected by brain injury, they have numerous highly qualified Board Members and Medical Support to provide the assistance needed during a time of crisis starting the first day someone new suffers a brain injury. They provide resources, assistance and support through all stages and issues to help survivors have the best quality of life.
My son suffered a severe traumatic brain injury in 2015, the medical care issues are complicated and during stressful first days of moment is crisis. They have a book that provides terminology and guidance to help you make choices.

My son suffered a severe traumatic brain injury 4 years ago. It is a very co.pmicated and scary situation to suddenly be thrown into the complicated medical world of brain injury. The San Diego Brain Injury Foundation is a wonderful group of volunteers that provide support, networking and community outreach to provide help when it is needed most. They have a "how to" book given to newly injured families to help navigate the way.
