This organization has given me my life back post-injury. After I broke my neck, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to return to sports. I was completely lost, since outdoor activity was such an essential part of my being. High Fives Foundation has not only enabled me to continue doing the sports I love, but do them alongside an incredible community of like-minded individuals. I’m not sure what I would have done without High Fives. They’ve been with me since the beginning and will be with me until the end.

BIG shoutout to High Fives Foundation for enabling me to continue therapy after a diving injury in 2018 rendered me a C5 quadriplegic. So blessed to be involved with such an incredible organization and proud to call myself a High Fives athlete!
