I love Unbridled Thoroughbred Foundation's mission for these horses.
The work they do for "rescued" Thoroughbred horses is amazing. They give these horses a second chance after being given up by the prior owner. Many of these horses have gone on to second careers. This non-profit organization is the most transparent organization ever for rescued horses. They show you videos of their horses, their facilities, what they feed the horses, the care given to the horses by volunteers and they share all Veterinarian situations and invoices. They have an open house policy so you can visit them at any time to see the horses and the volunteers in action. They provide a receipt for your donation immediately upon receipt. This non-profit is a perfect example of how all horse rescues non-profits should operate. Unbridled Thoroughbred Foundation is an outstanding non-profit volunteer organization.
