This is my Delilah. A few months ago my 7 year old dog was diagnosed with Lymphoma. When I heard her diagnosis I was in absolute shock, heart shattered and my world completely stopped. I adopted Delilah when she was a little baby. When we met, it was love at first site. She follows me around everywhere I go. She is the most loving and caring little angel. She will get on her back legs and put her front paws up to everyone she meets to give them love. She's my little baby bear. I make her breakfast and walk her before my first cup of coffee. She's my child. She's my heart. She's my everything. Our Oncologist informed us without treatment, Delilah would only have 2 months to live. The medical bills are beyond belief. When I adopted her, I promised her I would take care of her and make all of our moments the very best. Through sickness and in health, I can't give up on her. She deserves a fighting chance and I will move mountains to make that happen. I contacted every Pet fund imaginable and if it wasn't for Laurie Kaplan from the The Magic Bullet Fund, Delilah wouldn't be sitting on my lap today with her head pressed against my heart. I was so lost and confused but Laurie Kaplan helped me and guided me by email and phone every step of the way. She even contacted Delilah's oncologist to discuss treatments. Words can not describe the amount of love and gratitude I have for Laurie Kaplan and The Magic Bullet Fund. Delilah and I both carry Laurie Kaplan and The Magic Bullet fund in our hearts every day.
