Nonprofit organizations like RJW Unfinished Business are great for our community. It serves as a resource for positive change on and off the roadways. This photo is from the Maryland DUI Law Enforcement Conference in Ocean City, Maryland (October 2018). Co-Founder of the organization, Luke Weichbrod spoke of his older brother Rory who was killed by a drunk driver in 2010. He also spoke about the importance of awareness and education to always have a plan for a sober ride.

It is important for law enforcement officers to hear from the perspectives of victims and their family members. It provides a humbling beacon of hope that we can reach zero deaths in the near future.
