My name is Cristina Hijar. I am from Peru. I have three months in the United States.
I am glad because thanks to my relatives and the staff of The Opening Word in Wyandanch I had the opportunity to study English as Second Language.
I love the teachers, friends that I made at school, the lesson plans and computer skills that I am learning everyday and their way of teaching. They make us feel like a part of their family and that make me feel at home.
