Roots and Wings has provided our school with funding for much needed programining to service our underperforming 2nd graders, but more than that, this organization lifts the spirits of our teachers by believing in the them, supporting them and backing up what they need to be successful.
All the members of Roots and Wings commit to the work in the best interest of the kids. They want to do good in the neighborhood. Their efforts, led by Ted Hoskinson, continue to grow and expand.
We are grateful for their hard work and dedication.

Roots and Wings is the first organization, that I know of, that thanks teachers for going above and beyond in the classroom. Roots and wings also goes above and beyond and helped our school purchase a very expensive Reading Intervention Program. Without their help we couldn't do the good work we do.
