Review for Appletree Institute for Education Innovation, Inc., Washington, DC, USA

Rating: 5 stars

AppleTree is an organization that immediately touched me from my first exposure. Working to provide a better life for underserved children in the District of Columbia through early childhood development is something was very much needed in the District. Their results are outstnding and give children and opportunity for success in their early learning years.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Reviewing the results of their programs. Their children consistently rank in the top when compared to other more traditional programs.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Give them the ability to staff their organization as needed and provide the necessary tools and equipment for them to expand nationwide.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Seeing the passion that the staff has i what they do not matter how high the hill is that are facing.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Very dedicated and full of energy and commited to what they do.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Start to take this program nationwide and secur better space to meet their mission.

Ways to make it better...

The organization was given the opportunity to expand as needed within the District. There are many hoops and hurdles that must be jumped through and over to get things done in the city.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

How to maintain growth and sustainability that their success is bringing.

One thing I'd also say is that...

A great group of people working for a great cause with measurable results.

How frequently have you been involved with the organization?

About every month

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
