From the Ground Up (Ftgu) is a valuable resource to my community. Offering a safe space for people to be and healthy food to anyone who is in need is just one of the amazing things they offer ! On site they offer a garden and outdoor space for kids to learn and grow; for adults to learn how to grow, harvest and cook fruits and veggies; for neighbors to gather; for like minded folk to meet and work. In addition these folks generously offer classes in healthy cooking/eating to adults and kids. I love FTGU!!
