I took part in the Reef Check Biosphere Expedition in the Maldives and hands down it was one of the most rewarding and enjoyable experience of my 20 year diving career.
If you want to make one week of your life really count - then get involved in a Biosphere Expeditions and take part in some leading citizen science in far flung places.
Not only will you be doing something positive with your skills, but you'll learn, laugh, have deep conversations and above all work hard, but with a great sense of reward.
The team leaders and scientists were engaging and interesting, the expedition was well run and we had delicious veggie food. I would highly encourage anyone with an interest in science, conservation and travel, to join a Biosphere Expedition - it's time and money well spent!
