I joined the BGCTC administrative team with a moderate level of nonprofit experience, and what I have already seen in my relatively short time here has left me nothing short of impressed. From the ground up, this organization retains a deep integrity and its staff are truly passionate about building opportunity for youth in under-served communities. Youth programs at Clubs are carefully built to foster a love of learning, social-emotional intelligence, and highlight the importance of working to better one's community. This is a thoroughly worthy organization for families, kids, volunteers, and donors alike!
