Encore Stage and Studio provides an environment for both the people enjoying the programming to grow and shine but also the employees. The higher level staff members are open to new ideas that challenge the employees to be creative and forward thinkers. The ensemble or team aspect that the company has created helps to foster the employees professional growth by allowing their own ideas and artistry to be highlighted in a collaborative work environment. Having worked in after school settings and camp settings coupled with being an audience member and office employee, Encore welcomes and nourishes young artists on so many level while supporting its staff and teaching artists in a creative and engaging way.
