As a professional in the field of Aging we our agency has partnered with Memory Matters since it's inception and cannot say enough about the amazing work they do in our community. As a local, independent non-profit they make a huge impact in our community in supporting individuals with Alzheimer's or related dementia's and their caregivers. And, most importantly they truly care about each and every individual giving them each 110% and even more. As a community partner with Memory Matters Utah; we find their support invaluable to the work we are doing as the Area Agency on Aging.
