I've been volunteering with the Rose Kennedy Greenway for 2 years now, and look forward to volunteering for many more! As an organization they value the volunteers that put in time and effort to ensure volunteers are set up to succeed at the tasks/roles given to them. Also, it's a great way to get involved in the Boston community and learn about how public art and green space can transform a community and bring people together.
