Educating myself in this space as a women and mother has been of utmost importance. I regularly attend Healthy Tuesdays, the monthly Beljanski Foundation event and I have become a board member so that I may truly be part of communicating the groundbreaking research to those who are seeking more information, trusted sources and resources for healing.
