In early 2019, I was charged with organizing a 2-day conference for 500 participants. I had about three months' planning time and a small staff. I knew that we would require volunteers, but this had not been well-managed in the past, so I reached out to IVolunteer International for help. I could not be happier with the experience. Leadership took on all aspects of volunteer organization, from recruitment to onboarding to execution of the event and follow-up afterward.
