I love CCV and making new friends and knowing someone will help me or tell me my options. They are the kindest, most caring volunteers. Joining has been the best thing I have ever done!

I have a lot of Dr. appt.and they always take me and get me a wheelchair if I need it. They are so patient with me and they have brought me groc I wanted that my store does not have..They check on me to be sure I am ok and do not need anything. They have done repairs on my house and helped me with tech stuff... They are really great and all older people should join them to help us stay in our homes as long as possible and if you go to a facility, they still are there for you! I really love it!!

I needed an immediate Dr. appt. and I do not drive anymore and CCV got me ride to and from, 50.00 and free for me one time. Do I love CCV? Oh YES, Many smart people to help me stay right where I am!. Have had volunteers drive me where I need to go! Took me to get my 2 vaccine shots. Got wheelchair so I did not have to stand on swollen legs.So much fun and people call to be sure I am ok. I miss them so much but Zoom does help...Chair fixed and whole new bottom for my couch and sliding door lock fixed..YES, I LOVE CCV!!!

These are such wonderful people. You would not believe how many hours they work to help us!! I wish I had known about this years ago when I could have volunteered ..They help, but do not make us feel helpless. Joining is the best thing you could do for yourself. Even with the virus, they help us !!

Joining Capital City Village was really the best thing I have ever done!! From the first time I walked up to them, they truly made me feel welcome and it has been the same feeling every time I see them...With this awful Virus thing, I realized how much I miss them!! We are doing Zoom today at lunch...and I like that too.. Its making lemonade out of lemons!

My daughter sent me an email about CCV and thought it might be something I would like...Well, I love it and have met some wonderful new people. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and FUN!! I would encourage anyone to join and meet some wonderful new people!!
