SIGN has been a big part of my Orthopedic practice. I could say that the SIGN nail is my “rod” of choice when it comes to fixing the femur and tibia.

What is great about this implant is that it is FREE! So patients that could not afford the implant gets to go to surgery without the burden of buying expensive implants.

And also, SIGN gave surgeons like me the opportunity to join the SIGN conference. It gave me the chance to get to know other SIGN surgeons from around the globe and learn from their experiences with SIGN.
