I’ve known the Windcross family for a number of years. I’ve visited at one of their previous leased locations. I’ve seen them move to their own location in the wonderful old Buffalo Gap school building. They continue to improve the buildings, the ranch, the herd, the community. Windcross is not a hobby, it’s a calling. It’s hard work. Lucia is a force of nature and I marvel at her energy and drive. Her vision for the future moves on. And you gotta love the horses. I have sent many people to visit and they all enjoyed the experience. Our two adult daughters were here for a visit recently and Windcross was a “ must do”.
