Every email I’ve sent has been quickly and thoughtfully answered. When I made my initial request for adoption I was told that a great dog had been selected for me, and then the phone interview and home visit were conducted by sensitive and intelligent volunteers. The details of her arrival several weeks later were set, and I was updated about her behavior and health regularly in the interim. I ended up adopting the PERFECT dog for our family, because the Sato Project runs efficiently and with an amazing team of staff and volunteers. Their post adoption support is fabulous, and I can’t recommend how great they are at what they do enough!!!
