A beautiful organization founded by Bruce and Susan Keenan of Atlanta, Georgia. Its heart is family-focused: teaching youth life-skills, cooperation; offering scholarships, internships, opportunities to reach beyond a standard education. I was introduced to HCC through one of my former students, Sadie Green - then program coordinator for HCC- and was afforded a beautiful opportunity to work with students at HCC's group home in Kathmandu. The love and support in this organization is palpable. I was especially thrilled to work with seventeen year-old-Beena, creating her first chapbook of poetry (available on Amazon soon). Thank you Sadie. Thank you Bruce and Susan. Thank you HCC for all the amazing memories! You are a beautiful group of people making a tremendous difference in the lives of so many!
