As a Global Solutionist, I have worked with human and entrepreneurial development entities across the United States, Canada, Africa, South America, Europe and the Caribbean. During this 25+ years, I have yet to encounter an organization that rivals the Caribbean Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Livelihoods based in Barbados. Under the leadership of Dr. Marcia Brandon, its Chief Entrepreneurial Expert, this organization is building individual, team and organizational capacity around the world.

Entrepreneurs interested in launching, scaling, tapping into the United States or other global markets, creating a social enterprise, or in need of a host of other business capacity building services can call upon Brandon and her team and they will receive tools, tactics and ongoing support as they pursue organizational and/or business goals. Additionally, other services offered include leadership development, planning, business model development, talent management, process management, operational management, data collection and analysis, monitoring and evaluation, quality performance management, and design of youth entrepreneurship programs.

This organization works with a spirit of excellence, employs collaborative and collective impact strategies, celebrates diversity and inclusiveness. The presentations, workshops, and consulting services provided by this organization are always stellar, highly engaging, and provide replicable information.

I am impressed by the Caribbean Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Livelihoods (COESL)'s use of best practice models which serve as the organization's framework for service and program execution. Most impressive is COESL's indigenous model of Complementary Capitalism that Brandon and her team crafted.
