My husband and I saw our pup on the Humane Society Facebook page in October of 2018 and made an inquiry. All questions were promptly answered. We filled out an application and were able to pick up our Pepper Anderson (formerly Scruff) a couple days later. Great staff and volunteers. In fact, my parents, who live 250 miles away, chose Kewanee Animal Shelter to get their new family member also!
