Our role is one of restaurant, ice cream server and community gathering spot.

We have a front row seat to watch Conserve School students arrive each semester full of anticipation and some trepidation.

At the conclusion of each semester we see the students wearing the armor of earth knowledge, outdoor skills, self confidence and the desire to serve the world.
