Shadow Cats was responsible for our city (Taylor, Texas) getting rid of its gas chamber and becoming no kill in 2009, then helped the city council get our ordinances changed to benefit our community cats by embracing TNR. Since then they have provided trapping assistance, support, advice, encouragement and generous grants for our TNR efforts, as well as taking in some of our worst medical cases. I just can’t say enough good things about this organization!
