Friendship Bridge is a wonderful organization to volunteer for and it is a great Micro Finance nonprofit. They are dedicated to transparency the web site provides much information on the success of their programs along with financial data. One key feature is their expansion from micro finance into client education and training. Giving the clients a chance to expand their businesses and learn vital finance skills. Besides training Friendship Bridge also brings basic health care to the client using locally trained women who can communicate in the clients language building trust and healthcare. I strongly recommend donating to this organization.
