I'm still going strong and still looking forward to every shift after so many years of responding to crisis chats. That is saying something on it's own. Motivated & wonderful crew with a passion for saving lives. They are giving so much care to our well being. It is a beautiful thing to be able to change a persons thoughts or feelings by finding the tiniest details that matter in one's life.

Great training program. The focus is specifically on how to make a small change in a person's life, by really listening and being there for someone. While this is hard work it is also wonderful to witness the effect it has on a person in crisis. Very supportive people. It's a safe environment to learn and grow as a person.

Amazing, caring and wonderfully supporting organisation. We're there for people in a crisis and try to empower them best as we can by listening and focussing on what can be done to change the situation they are in.

It's a wonderful organisation. Starting from the professional training to the immense support of the Supervisors (capital S!). I love how it makes me humble. I learn something new each and every day. It is amazing to just be there for people and offer that little spark of hope that can make all the difference in life.
