The organization is incredible from the inside out. The trainees, volunteers, board members, donors, supporters, employees, and partners are all incredibly amazing people. Every single staff member cares about and celebrates the successes of each candidate. They really care about what they do and are passionate about making a difference and it shines through all they do. I am so fortunate to work at a place that is making a difference that I get to see first hand every day.
