"Strength for Life "is an incredible organization! I have been involved with it for a few years and it gets better all the time! The exercise, stretching, yoga and nutrition classes have all helped me greatly with maintaining a healthy lifestyle . I was so very fortunate to have been able to attend a weekend retreat offered thru Strength for Life and found it to be truly life changing in so many ways. As a survivor of breast cancer, I am looking for current information/research and tools I can incorporate to stay well. In addition, the friends and support I have benefitted from is an extra bonus. The folks involved with the classes are the best possible. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and fun! How fortunate we are to have this organization in our community!
