I have only been involved with Hansavedas for a few months, but I feel very welcomed and appreciated already. I like that there are clear guidelines and procedures for how things are done, but there is also room for suggestions and variation. There is also very clear and frequent communication about scheduling, roles, and expectations. The people who are involved with this organization are very generous and express how thankful they are to their volunteers and donors.
