Puerto Rico Rise Up was an amazing help after Hurricane Maria in Vieques, Puerto Rico. Our small island lost our Medical Center, it was condemned after Maria and is still not rebuilt. Puerto Rico Rise Up helped out with dire medical needs. They helped after Maria and continue to do so. This help is so important because we still have a temporary, limited medical center and any access to medical care entails a ferry ride to the Main Island. This trip is very difficult for sick and elderly Viequenses. Everyone at Puerto Rico Rise Up has been extremely caring and helpful to Vieques. Thank you.
