I love the work that Alliance for Smiles does, and truly support their mission of helping children with cleft lip and palate anomalies in under-served international communities. In the United States, children born with cleft can get corrective surgery and live normal, healthy lives, and Alliance for Smiles helps to make this future a possibility for hundreds of children every year.
