When my adopted child were in kindergarten I noticed patterns of extreme behaviors that were seemingly unexplainable. I learned of Feingold and immediately started logging the food my children were eating and any extreme behaviors I or their teachers noticed. The patterns were immediately recognizable. Bright colors, TBHQ, BHT, BHA and Sodium Benzoate were the culprits. By bringing Feingold principals into our life my children have been able to achieve successes we once thought unattainable. They are 18 now and eating naturally is an ingrained way of life. Feingold saved us.
