Operation Second Chance is part of the Veterans Reef off Clearwater Beach where the Circle of Heroes stand. There are currently 12 statues standing at the bottom of the ocean with 12 more coming in 2020. Operation Second Chance is now part of the reef after sponsoring one of the statues. Thankful to have had the opportunity to dive the reef yesterday with my heroes, Andrew Lourake and Charlie Lemon. Thank you so much Cindy McGrew.
