FINDINGbalance has been a huge blessing to me-- I am SO thankful to the Lord for bringing this amazing resource into my life! I look forward so much to weekly meetings with my coaches and the other ladies in my group. I find SO much strength, understanding and support here-- more than I have found anywhere else. It has been such a safe place to share and be open, to find encouragement and practical recovery steps, and connect with others who are walking this same path. It is so hard to find Christ-centered support and help, so this is a true gem! Through the FINDINGbalance website, I was also able to find and connect with an incredible Christian dietitian who is helping me so much in my recovery journey. I am so grateful to all the incredible people who have poured their hearts and lives into providing such an incredible resource!
