I am happy to share my experience with Our Children's Trust.

Juliana v. the United States, the landmark Constitutional youth climate case, asserts the government has a “continued affirmative duty to safeguard public trust assets” and that there exists a “right to a climate system capable of sustaining human life.”

The right to a stable climate system, to prevent catastrophic levels of climate change, is a brilliant legal strategy.

The Juliana plaintiffs are united with courage and a clear vision. Our Children’s Trust is our best hope for life on Earth.

We will do all we can in support of OCT for as long as it takes, and will continue with community rallies at Eureka Springs, AR as the case progresses.
